Add a letter "D" and "A" in the markers

I cannot remember which between green and red marker is the departure and the arrival, and I always need to look into the tutorial to remember. It could be useful to add a "D" on the departure marker and a "A" on the arrival one. It's especially useful when both markers use free positioning.
