Automatically post live map trips to Discord

People, myself included, often share their upcoming or ongoing trips in the #current-trips channel on the Trainlog Discord server. It would be cool if there was a bot that automatically posts these trips for people that allow their trips to be shown on the live map. This would also standardise the format in which the trips are shared and it could include all details you can currently add on trainlog itself, which saves me at least 2 seconds in copying and pasting or typing everything.
