Add ability to add lines that have closed

Trainlog router is capable of routing on all the lines that exist in Openstreetmaps, if the line you're interested in isn't present, then you can : 1- Add it yourself to OSM (it will then be picked up by the router at the next refresh) 2- You can draw it manually in the routing using a little hack : once on the routing page, replace the word "routing" in the URL with "freehand". This will draw a straight line between origin and destination, you can then click on the line to add any number of waypoints and save this line as the train path.
