Information about the people behind Trainlog in the About page

Every now and then I am asked "Who's behind Trainlog?", mostly by people from countries that are used to having an "Impressum" page as a mandatory thing. For the moment, I send them to the GitHub repo, but it may be useful to have more information on the site, so people feel safer that their data is being adequately handled...
