Case Sensitivity of operators

Currently the querying of operator logos is case sensitive, such that for example if you enter "Chemins de Fer du Jura" your trip will not pull the logo in the system for "Chemins de fer du Jura", and it will end up on the missing operators list. Separate from implementing aliases, this should be changed to help get the number of missing operators down. There is no particular reason this *needs* to be case sensitive.
