"Route later" option / add support for trips without a path

Sometimes when travelling, I want to quickly enter a trip without spending 5 minutes moving routing pins. This request is to (1) add a "Skip routing" option to the routing page after creating a trip, and (2) add an indicator on the trips page for trips without a path so I can easily review and fill it in later.
