Alert when adding existing record twice or more

It would be helpful if trainlog alerts you if are recording an exact same record by mistake. For example when stations, date, times match, a popup appears (but you can still record it), telling you that you might have recorded the same record before. Having an option to disable this feature would be nice too for those who don't need this.
