Dashboard: option to use current year/month for hero bar

Currently, the hero bar (trips, distance, countries, time) displays stats across all records, but I think it would be useful to be able to use the current time period (year, month, possibly others?) You can already select "all time"/current year in the stat boxes below, so I think it makes sense to also be able to choose for the header. (This would be especially useful for me I have approximate records prior to 2026 to log the routes I've taken, while 2026 onwards I am logging every trip)
