Borders crossed / not crossed map

As discussed in the Discord server, a new feature for each user, to show which borders they've crossed by any land transport mode. Borders *not* crossed could be included too, if technically feasible. A stretch goal: mark each point where a border has been crossed with a dot of the appropriate mode colour.
