split ticket price between multiple trips

It would be nice if it was possible to link 2 (or more) trips together for when multiple trips cost a single price. How I'd like it to work is you select 2 trips, click on a 'link' button and it links them together. The only thing this should do is automatically split the price of the trips between them. Preferably by amount of kms, but if divided equally, this would also work amazing. This would solve having to create a ticket for every small 2-train ride where you pay one fare
